Kit

Kit Wiki

Everything you need to get started and make Kit your own.

Getting started

Invite Kit to your server, then type / in Discord to browse its commands.

/help
Browse commands and learn how they work.
/ping
Check Kit’s response time.
/botinfo
View information and statistics about Kit.

For help with one action, try:

/help command_name:hug

Roleplay

Use /rp, choose an action, and optionally select a friend. Start typing an action’s name to find it in autocomplete.

/rp action:hug user:@friend

Leave out the user to perform an action on yourself:

/rp action:tea

Roleplay stats and leaderboards

Run /stats [user] to see how many hugs, kisses, pats and other roleplay actions someone has given and received, with a menu to look at one action at a time. /leaderboard [action] shows the top 10 across all of Kit, by received or given, along with your own rank.

Choose who can see yours with /privacy:

  • public (the default): anyone can view your stats and you appear on leaderboards.
  • private: only you can view your stats, and you are left off leaderboards.
  • anonymous: only you can view your stats, and you appear on leaderboards as "Anonymous".

Counters & replies

Kit counts each roleplay action separately. The message shows how many times you’ve performed that action with the selected person. Actions on yourself have their own count.

The footer shows your total uses of that action across all targets, including yourself, and the other person’s total received from other users. For self-actions, it shows only your total uses.

Action Back

Targeted actions between different users include a button to return the action. Only the person receiving it can use the button. Clicking it disables that button and runs the action back, mentioning the original sender and updating the counters.

Make Kit your own

Customize Kit’s nickname, About Me text, Container Theme Color, avatar, and banner for your server using the customization panel.

/customize

You need Manage Server to use this command.

Command controls

Turn supported commands off or on for your whole server, or choose a specific channel.

For the whole server

/disable command_name:kiss/enable command_name:kiss

For one channel

/disable command_name:kiss channel:#general/enable command_name:kiss channel:#general

Disabling kiss only blocks that action. Other /rp actions remain available.

You need Manage Server to change command restrictions.
